A year ago, I had Heidi and Sean in front of my lens for their maternity session as they eagerly anticipated the arrival of their little girl. Not long after, I was publishing sweet baby Sierra’s newborn session. And now, with Sierra at 8 months old, it was time to capture their lovely little family of three before she grows up anymore yet!
I’m not sure what modeling training she has undergone between her 10 day and her 8 month photos, but Sierra sure knows what to do when there’s a camera nearby! From the moment we walked down to the water, she was grinning right at me nonstop, and absolutely melting my heart all the while. And to see Sean and Heidi so completely in love with their beautiful girl was just as precious.
I have such a soft spot for this dear family, not to mention I am so blessed by their friendship in my life. Photographing them is always a pleasure. But the catching up on life we got to do afterward was a particular treat.
Heidi and Sean, your girl is darling. She emanates all of your guys’ joy combined. I am eager to continue watching her grow into a little lady and to hear her talking and laughing like the two of you one day! You have yourselves a beautiful, blessed little family!
